Zensaber Blog's post is rooted in the Zen way of living
Intent is sharing the wisdom practices to live in Harmony, cultivating skillful ways to respond to the challenges of profound consequences and as well as everyday life's mundane dilemmas.
In popular culture, Lightsaber and Jedi carry them represent the wisdom warriors like Zen trained Samurai's of ancient Japan; they live by the creed of no hesitation, no doubt, and no fear in battles or dealing with life's contingencies. They show how swiftly one can cut through the darkness in a non-aggressive way. A lightsaber is a sword as well as a shield, a single utility tool for Jedi to defend and guide the path.
The other meaning of Saber in romance languages is "To know. "The root word of Saber is "Sepere" in Latin with a famous Latin phrase of "Sapere Aude" loosely translated as "Dare to be wise." The origin word of Latin Sepere and Sanskrit word Jhana ( Wisdom ) is Gno's, which means Wisdom. The Japanese word Zen comes from Chan in Chinese and Dhyana in Sanskrit, meaning Meditative practice. In essence, Zensaber also translates into Meditative Wisdom.
The Blog divided into Four categories, Harmony Of Life is all about how we use Zen Principles in our everyday life to bring Harmony and Joy in domestic life. The Second Category Mindbody focused on cultivating everyday mindfulness and Body wellness rituals. The Third category is how to use Skillful means in our work to bring balance to our life.
