Harmony of Life

Harmony is Life’s natural state of being amid ever-changing cycles; how come we feel the turmoil and always feel balanced off from the center while juggling our career, health, relationships, and wealth. When we focus on one thing, other parts of life could fall apart.

The flux of changes happening infinitesimally all the time, the seasons change, day and night follow each, movement and stillness complement each other, we ride on joy and drown in sorrow, life creates, decays and renews. The duality of opposites and the multiplicity of all things make up this existence of ours. Unity arises when we go beyond the opposites, and harmony comes from unity when we awaken to the essential Suchness of all things in Zen.
