The growing understanding of neuroscience and physiology is the wellness of our body is a manifestation of stimuli to our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
The Mindbody self-care and compassion practices are to restore the broken bridge between our Mind and Body. The intent is integrating our body wellness rituals and mindfulness practices in every facet of our life. The daily wellness rituals are grounded in gentle body-centered mindful practices. Yoga, Pranayama, and Tai-Chi for deep reflexive awareness of our bodies, without breaking our bodies. Foods that nourish the life force in our body while conscious of our environment to allow the more profound transformation of ourselves and our loved ones
